The Office of the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), Center for the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Rafa Laboratories LTD for the procurement of Atropine auto-injectors (0.5 mg, 1 mg, and 2 mg). The contract aims to provide the United States Government with pharmaceuticals required to support the SNS/CHEMPACK mission. The Atropine auto-injectors are essential for future readiness and response to nerve agent or organophosphate poisoning. • The contract includes a base year ordering period for 394,050 EA auto-injectors and two optional ordering periods for 212,000 EA auto-injectors each. • The Atropine auto-injectors must be FDA-approved and have an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). • The contract is for a firm fixed price, and the Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice. • Interested parties who believe they possess the capabilities to satisfy this requirement must submit their information in writing, including their name, address, telephone number, email, UEI/CAGE code, business size, National Drug Code (NDC), and a statement of capability demonstrating their abilities to meet this requirement.
