The pump must be a new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) item, and the vendor must be an authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system. The evaluation factors include technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and past performance. • The quote must be submitted via email to latriece.bruce@va.gov by March 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST. • The vendor must be registered with SAM.gov and provide a SAM UEI number. • The vendor must be certified in SBA VetCert and submit a completed, signed limitations on subcontracting (LOS) certificate of compliance. • No used, refurbished, or remanufactured supplies or equipment/parts shall be provided. • The Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
