The Parker Water and Sanitation District is requesting bids for the construction of a new 24-inch raw water pipeline, valves, blowoffs, air release valves, vaults, fiber optic conduits, and handholes, as well as connections to existing pipelines and other appurtenances. The project includes a trenchless crossing at Hess Road and connections to existing pipelines near Bar CCC Pond and at Regional Pond. The contractor will be responsible for mobilization, construction, and demobilization of the project. • The project requires a minimum of five projects with 5,000 linear feet of 24-inch diameter or greater pipe installation within the past ten years. • The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference. • The project includes a site visit to the Cherry Creek Pump Station site and the South Water Reclamation Facility site. • The contractor must provide their own transportation and personal protective equipment for the site visit. • The contractor must comply with the Owner's safety program. • The contractor must provide a bid bond and performance bond. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
