Description:
The Tarrant Regional Water District is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of various sizes of APCO and Valmatic Valve and Primer Parts. The parts needed include screw shields, float levers, needle levers, ring rets, air/vacuum seats, air/vacuum floats, air/vacuum guides, air/vacuum cover gaskets, air/vacuum bushings, and other related parts. The delivery location is 600 E. Northside Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76164. • The bidder must submit one fully executed original of the documentation, including a References Form, Diverse Business Participation Packet, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, Compliance to State Law on Nonresident Bidders, and Compliance to Texas Sales Tax Code. • The bid must be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/trwd. • The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all formalities and technicalities. • The bid award shall be based on the District's evaluation of factors, including unit price, qualifications of the bidder, qualifications and experience of subcontractors, delivery schedule, bidder's past performance record, and quality of the proposed goods or services.
