The Lebanon VA Medical Center requires snow removal and salt spreading services on the hospital grounds, including multiple parking lots, sidewalks, and facility entrances/exits. The contractor shall be capable of beginning snow removal and salt spreading services within two hours of notification, and services may be needed at any time during the day or night, and all days of the week including holidays. The contractor will be paid only for actual work performed and accepted by the Government. The period of performance for this contract is from December 10, 2025, through December 9, 2030. • The contractor shall remove snow, ice, and/or slush from approximately 638,000 square feet of parking lot areas and 98,000 square feet of sidewalks and facility entrances/exits. • The contractor shall spread ice melting products provided by the Lebanon VAMC in parking lots and walkways. • The contractor shall be responsible for loading the salt from the storage shed into their trucks and transporting it to the designated areas. • The contractor shall provide a capability statement demonstrating their company's technical capability and ability to meet the full scope of the Statement of Work. • The contractor shall submit quotes electronically via email to Christina.Gennaoui@va.gov.
