The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for pressure washing and restriping services at the Louisiana Division of Administration (DOA) facility. The job includes pressure washing the top and bottom decks of the facility, including three stairwells, and restriping designated parking spots. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the job. A jobsite visit is required prior to bid opening. • The contract may be extended for 2 additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid price. • The contractor must provide a performance bond if required. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
