- Location: Bethesda Park, 225 Bethesda Church Road, Lawrenceville, GA 30044
2. Key Requirements:
- 5% bid bond required with submission
- 100% performance bond required if awarded
- 100% payment bond required if awarded
- All bonds must have A.M. Best rating of A-8 or higher
- Insurance requirements must be met
