The Defense Logistics Agency, on behalf of the United States Navy, is seeking information from industry regarding their potential interest in providing innovative, cost-effective solutions for managing Defense Fuel Support Points (DFSPs), enhancing bulk fuels infrastructure, and leveraging underutilized land and resources. The goal is to improve the material condition of DFSPs, reduce long-term sustainment and modernization costs, and enhance operational readiness. Interested parties are requested to provide information on their company, proposed concept, operational benefits, implementation plan, risk assessment, relevant experience, and other relevant information. • The Navy is seeking innovative solutions to improve DFSP management and infrastructure. • The focus is on leveraging underutilized land and resources to enhance DFSP operations. • The goal is to reduce long-term sustainment and modernization costs. • Interested parties must submit their responses by May 29, 2026. • A Questions & Answers session will be held during the DLA Energy Worldwide Symposium, April 21-23, 2026.
