The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking information and suggestions on a draft performance work statement (PWS) for Vessel Custodial Services (VCS). The PWS outlines the requirements for maintaining and operating MARAD's fleet of vessels, including material condition assessments, vessel maintenance, regulatory compliance, and crew management. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the vessels are in a state of readiness and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
