Description:
The City of Santa Fe's Office of Affordable Housing (OAH) is seeking proposals to establish contracts for projects that advance affordable housing in the City of Santa Fe. The Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) supports eligible activities organized into two tiers: Tier 1 – Housing Development and Preservation, and Tier 2 – Housing Support and Stability. Funding preference will be given to Tier 1 applications. Proposals must demonstrate consistency with the New Mexico Affordable Housing Act and the AHTF. • The AHTF supports a range of eligible activities, including acquisition, development, construction, renovation, conversion, financing, operation, or ownership of affordable housing. • Proposals must align with the community's established affordable housing goals and priorities. • Funding may also be used to support down payment assistance programs, temporary housing, and emergency shelters. • Proposals will be evaluated based on eligibility, scope of work, and investment impact metrics. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award more than one contract.
