Please re-roof three cabins in Harriman State Park- C 7&9; Cabins 727, 729, & 730. One measures just over eight (8) square and the other two six (6) square each, totaling to 23 Squares. Scope of work includes the following, please see additional Scope of Work Requirements for more information. 1. Remove existing shingles 2. Make necessary wood repairs with similar decking. 3. ½” plywood sheathing over the entire roof of the one cabin #727 4. Install new facia board 1”X6” PT pine 5. Ice and water shield 6’ up and in valleys, tar paper the remainder of the roof. 6. Install new brown drip edge 7. Install new architectural GAF starter shingles and shingles in Charcoal Color with 1¼” roofing nails. 8. Install new architectural cap shingles on ridge and hips in Charcoal color with 2” roofing nails. 9. Install proper flashing around all roof penetrations. New rubber boots for plumbing vents and electrical mast pipe locations. Site must be left clean and all debris removed. Please attend a site visit for better understanding of the locations and work required. Sites visits will be available on 12/10 and 12/17 from 9:00a-11:00a.
