The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking interested sources to provide services for the administration of the All Employee Survey (AES). The AES is a critical initiative that serves as a feedback tool from employees to management about employees' satisfaction with and perceptions of the VA workplace. The contractor will be responsible for developing the survey instrument, collecting data, and providing data analysis and reporting. The survey will be administered via two modalities: secure Internet web-based and Interactive Voice Response (IVR). The contractor will also provide help desk support and response rate updates.
