The City of Pasadena Public Works Department is seeking a vendor to provide OEM Authorized Freightliner Service, Repair, and OEM Parts & Supplies. The selected vendor will be required to deliver materials and supplies within 5 business days of being ordered. The contract duration is approximately 1 year, from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. The city has approximately 36 vehicles/trucks that may require service, parts, and accessories. • The vendor must provide OEM Authorized Freightliner Service and Repair along with furnishing and providing OEM Freightliner truck parts, supplies, and accessories. • The vendor must deliver materials and supplies within 5 business days of being ordered. • The contract duration is approximately 1 year. • The city has approximately 36 vehicles/trucks that may require service, parts, and accessories. • The vendor must comply with the City's ordinances and regulations regarding Equal Employment Opportunity. • The vendor must provide proof of insurance prior to the City's award of the contract.
