The City of Sylvania is seeking a consulting firm to provide grant administration services for federally funded projects related to community and economic development. The selected firm will assist with preparation and administration of grant applications, environmental review records, draw/disbursement requests, and other related services. The firm should have experience with grant writing and administration, particularly with HUD, EDA, and other federal agencies. The project includes services such as preparation of grant applications, assistance with financial administration, and preparation of close-out documents.
