The State of Idaho’s Division of Purchasing is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Broadband Grant Administration, Project Management, and Centralized Regulatory and Permitting Support for the Idaho BEAD Program. The selected firm will be responsible for managing the program, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing expertise in navigating regulatory changes and permitting processes. The scope of work includes program startup and compliance readiness, subgrantee monitoring and reporting, and regulatory compliance and permitting expertise.
