The State University of New York (SUNY) Upstate Medical University is seeking a turnkey solution for the scheduling and tracking of individual student clinical placements. The contractor will provide a software that allows administrators to randomly match students to preceptor sites and create individual schedules for students. The contract term is one year with two optional one-year renewals. The contractor must propose a monthly service fee, and implementation costs are allowable. • The software must allow Upstate to randomly match students to preceptor sites, create individual schedules, and sync to students’ calendars of choice. • The contractor must provide an all-inclusive implementation fee, which shall not be billed until implementation services are complete and Upstate has verified the interface works as intended. • The contractor may elect to bundle the implementation costs into the monthly fee, which shall be payable over the term of the contract. • The successful contractor will be required to submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS SFL §§139-j & -k and NYS Tax Law Section 5-a.
