The State of California, Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division (FMD) is seeking bids for switchgear maintenance services. The successful bidder will provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to perform switchgear maintenance for all 4160V Main Switchboards, including Automatic Transfer Switches, Emergency and Blackstart Generator services. The contract term is expected to be 36 months. The bidder must possess and maintain a valid Class C-10, Electrical license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board. The bid submission must include proof of insurance, references, and a completed Bidder Declaration form. • Key services to be provided include preventive maintenance, repairs, technical support services, and training. • The bidder must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) if required by law. • The contract is subject to prevailing wage rates as determined by the DIR. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and executive orders, including those related to economic sanctions against Russia and Russian entities. • The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received.
