The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) is seeking proposals for a Public Health Leadership Development Program. The program aims to strengthen leadership competencies among public health practitioners, with a focus on change management, psychological safety, and equity integration. The selected contractor will design and deliver a comprehensive leadership development program, which will include five training topics: Adaptive Leadership Development, Psychological Safety and Team Functioning, Health Equity Capacity Building, Transformative Leadership Training, and Senior Leadership Coaching. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, equipment, and personnel to deliver the training programs. The contract is expected to begin on August 1, 2026, and will run for approximately 16 months, with the option to renew for up to five additional one-year periods.
