The City of Hallandale Beach is seeking bids from qualified firms to perform telemetry system upgrade services for the Public Works Department. The work includes electrical and instrumentation and controls work associated with replacing existing Remote Telemetry Units and control panels with new control panels at respective sites. The scope of work includes fabricating new telemetry panels, factory testing RTU and control panels, disconnecting existing conduit and wiring, installing new telemetry panels, and testing and startup of the new telemetry panel and instrumentation. Key responsibilities include: • Fabricating new telemetry panels or control panels with all devices, components, and panel layout as specified • Factory testing RTU and control panels prior to shipment • Disconnecting existing conduit and wiring from the telemetry panel or control panel • Installing new telemetry panels or control panels at each site • Installing new field instruments at each site • Testing and startup of the new telemetry panel or control panel and new instrumentation at each site
