The Macatawa Area Express Transportation Authority is seeking a contractor to provide propane fuel and fueling station infrastructure for their bus garage facility. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with two optional 1-year extensions. The contractor will be responsible for installing and maintaining the fueling station, including providing emergency services and bobtail filling of buses. The authority is looking for a fixed cost per gallon of propane for the length of the agreement. Key requirements include: • Installation of above-ground fueling tank(s) with high differential pump and Autogas style dispenser • Provision of fuel pump(s) that can fuel at a rate of 10-12 gallons per minute • The fueling station must be powered by a self-contained propane generator • The contractor must retain ownership of the infrastructure and maintain and update it as needed • The contractor must provide emergency services within 24 hours of notice
