The Somerville Housing Authority is seeking bids for the Hagan Manor Parking Lot Paving project. The project involves removing and reconstructing the existing parking lot, installing a new dumpster pad, line striping, curbing, and all other work as specified in the contract documents. The estimated cost of the project is $130,000.00. • The project is subject to M.G.L. c.30§39M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive. • The bid deposit shall be not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount. • The Contractor and all subcontractors agree to strive to achieve minority and women workforce participation. • The Workforce Participation benchmark is set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities.
