The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors for the transportation of raw wastewater generated by the Stevenson University WWTP to be hauled to Freedom District WWTP in Sykesville, MD. The contractor will be responsible for hauling the raw wastewater from the Stevenson University WWTP located at 1525 Greenspring Valley Rd, Stevenson, Baltimore County, Maryland 21153. • The bid must be submitted electronically through the MES Procurement Portal. • The bid must be submitted on or before the bid due date, and the submission option will not be available after the bid due date. • Bidders can attend the bid opening through the shared link provided in the solicitation. • The Bid Tabulation shall be posted on MES Procurement Portal within 48 hours from the bid opening.
