Description:
The Chemung County Purchasing Department is seeking sealed bids for the supply of Liquid Bituminous Materials for surface treatments, spray patching, and cold bituminous mixtures for municipal roads and highways. The contract term is 1 year with a possible 1-year renewal. Bids must be submitted in duplicate and accompanied by a bid security of $500.
