Description:
The North Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking bids to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract (ASTC) to furnish and deliver Aggregate ABC (Granite) material to the Anson County Maintenance location on an as-needed basis. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the option to extend. Vendors must provide pricing, product specifications, and other information as required by the solicitation. The State reserves the right to award the contract to a single vendor or to multiple vendors for different line items. • The contract requires the vendor to deliver material to the Anson County Maintenance location within 20 consecutive calendar days of receipt of order. • The vendor must provide a certification of financial condition and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The State encourages vendors to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction. • The contract will be administered by the North Carolina Department of Transportation, and the vendor will be required to designate a contract manager and customer service point of contact.
