Description:
The Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) is seeking proposals for the COMPASS Center-Based and Non-Public School Site Programs. This program provides after-school hours, summer, and holiday programming for elementary and middle school students, including educational support, recreation, enrichment, and cultural activities. The program aims to support and strengthen the overall development of youth.
