The City of Palmdale is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide Magazine Printing, Binding, and Bundling Services. The services include printing, binding, and bundling of the Palmdale Magazine, which is published three times annually with at least one special edition. The selected contractor will be responsible for producing approximately 55,000 magazines per issue, with delivery to the City's designated mailing house and other locations. The contract term is three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The City reserves the right to terminate the contract upon 30 days' written notice. • The contractor must provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and other services necessary to execute, complete, and deliver the work within the specified time. • The contractor must meet the City's Business License Tax requirements and provide proof of insurance. • The contractor must submit a proposal that includes samples of previous work, a letter of transmittal, organizational structure, qualifications, and experience of the firm, proposed staffing and management plan, technical proposal, and cost proposal. • The City will evaluate proposals based on a competitive selection process, considering factors such as sample quality, past performance, experience, qualifications, and cost proposal.
