The State of Colorado, Department of Corrections (CDOC), is soliciting the submittal of qualifications from firms to provide Architectural/Engineering services for fire protection system replacement for Denver Reception and Diagnostic Center (DRDC). The project includes replacing the fire alarm system, fire suppression system, and addressing ADA deficiencies. The estimated project cost is $11,000,000.00. The selected firm will be required to provide a range of services, including design, engineering, and construction administration. • The project requires a full fire alarm system replacement and fire suppression system replacement. • The firm must have experience with projects of similar scope and complexity. • The firm must have a primary or branch office located in Colorado for a minimum of five years. • The firm must have provided architectural/engineering services within the last five years for at least three projects each in excess of one million dollars construction costs. • The firm must have a license to practice architecture and/or engineering in Colorado.
