The Department of Public Safety of the State of Texas is seeking a vendor to implement a modernized TXGANG application to meet the state's needs. The solution must be based on current industry software design principles and architecture, have active support mechanisms, and be flexible enough to anticipate growth expectations and complexity of processes. The solution will be required to meet the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Level High or TX-RAMP Level II certification standards. Key features of the solution include: * Compliance with CJIS Security Policy, Tex. CCP Chapter 67, and 28 C.F.R., Part 23 * Cloud-hosted intelligence system * Modern and responsive environments * Database software and open-standards application software interfaces * User authentication via multi-factor authentication (MFA) * Customization and configuration of graphical user interface fields * Event-driven processes * Robust role-based security with transaction-level authorization capabilities * Statistical analysis of information submissions * Data extracts in commonly used formats * Workflow services * Agency and individual user administration * Submissions, dissemination, edits, validations, and corrections. The contract term is five years with an option for a six-month extension. The contract value is estimated to be $8,500,000.
