Description:
The City of Seattle's Department of Transportation is seeking a consultant to support its Community Access and Parking Program (CAPP) to improve parking, loading, and curbspace access in Seattle's neighborhood business districts. The selected consultant will provide project management, parking data collection, and community engagement services to evaluate and propose strategies for optimizing curbspace. Key responsibilities include coordinating project activities, designing and implementing on and off-street parking and loading studies, developing integrated curbspace management strategies, and leading public engagement efforts.
