The City of Corona Utilities Department is seeking a regulatory compliance consulting firm to assist with implementation and administration of several regulatory compliance programs, including backflow prevention, cross-connection control, reclaimed water conversions, and source control and industrial pretreatment. The selected consultant will provide professional regulatory compliance consulting services for an initial two-year period with two optional two-year renewal periods. The scope of work includes assisting the City with implementation and administration of regulatory compliance programs, providing technical expertise and guidance, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include: • Backflow prevention • Cross-connection control • Reclaimed water conversions • Source control and industrial pretreatment The City is looking for a consultant with experience in regulatory compliance consulting, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with City staff and other stakeholders.
