The Minnesota State System Office is seeking a vendor to provide video production and post-production services for various projects across the state. The selected vendor will be responsible for creating engaging, accessible, and high-quality video content to support various initiatives, including educational development, faculty and staff training, and student success stories. The vendor will need to demonstrate experience in producing high-quality educational, corporate, or public-sector videos, as well as the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure accessibility and data privacy compliance. Key aspects of the project include: • Pre-production services, such as planning, scripting, and storyboarding • Production services, including filming, travel, and equipment • Post-production services, such as editing, graphics, voice talent, captioning, and audio description • Delivery and file management, including secure storage and sharing of content The vendor will need to provide a detailed budget proposal, including a line-item budget and hourly or daily rates for key personnel. The contract is expected to be for 43 months, with a budget of up to $50,000 per fiscal year.
