The Detroit Public Schools Community District (DPSCD) Office of Physical Health is seeking a qualified and experienced supplier to conduct a comprehensive Program Evaluation and Needs Assessment of the District’s Health Hubs initiative. The selected supplier will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the Health Hubs program and identifying areas for improvement.
