The University of Texas at Austin is seeking bids for the replacement of the existing low-slope gravel roof with a modified bitumen roof system at the Peter T. Flawn Academic Center and adjacent auditorium. The scope of work includes the replacement of skylights, penthouse windows, lightning protection, and concrete canopy structure resurfacing.
