The City of Trenton is seeking a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) to provide professional services for underground storage tank file review and site closures. The selected LSRP will be responsible for performing file reviews, investigations, and reporting to obtain regulatory closure for six city-owned properties. The scope of work includes reviewing files, performing investigations, preparing reports, and obtaining regulatory approvals. The contract will be awarded for a 12-month period, and the City of Trenton reserves the right to consider the subcontractor’s experience in awarding the contract. • The LSRP will be responsible for overseeing and agreeing with the findings and recommendations for each site. • The LSRP will prepare a Report of Findings that addresses all six sites, including a summary of reviewed documentation, conditions at each site, and identification of outstanding actions required under NJDEP regulations. • The LSRP will arrange NJDEP file reviews, review complete files, and obtain copies of important documentation. • The LSRP will provide a written plan describing how the work will be completed, including methodology and relevant NJDEP regulations. • The LSRP will submit a brief synopsis of work experience documenting completion of work of similar character to that required in the specification.
