The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is seeking a contractor to drill an exploratory water well at John Boyd Thacher State Park. The well will be drilled to a depth of up to 300 feet and will include yield and water quality testing. The contractor must be a National Ground Water Association (NGWA) Certified Well Driller (CWD) and registered with the NYS DEC. The project is expected to take 90 days to complete. • The well will be drilled east of the existing water storage reservoir building. • The contractor must provide detailed breakdown of the RFQ amount and product data for each type of product installed. • The contractor must attend a pre-construction meeting with the Engineer and submit their construction schedule. • The contractor must field verify all dimensions prior to starting work and maintain a tidy, safe construction site. • The contractor must complete all work within 90 calendar days of the approval of the Contract.
