The U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii is seeking a contractor to provide refuse service to various Army installations on the Big Island of Hawaii, including Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA), Kilauea Military Camp (KMC), and Kawaihae Dock (K-Dock). The contractor will be responsible for collecting and disposing of refuse, as well as providing compactor collection and disposal services. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price, requirements contract with a base period of 12 months and one option period of 6 months. The contractor must have experience in refuse collection and disposal services similar in scope, size, and complexity to those described in the solicitation. Key requirements include: • Collecting and disposing of refuse from various locations • Providing compactor collection and disposal services • Meeting the technical requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) • Providing a technical capability narrative demonstrating the contractor's understanding of the scope of work • Submitting a work experience reference sheet with at least two projects completed within the last two years • Registering in the System for Award Management (SAM) database
