The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services intends to purchase information technology service delivery from DATABANK IMX, LLC. The services include planning, discovery, migration process development, proof of concept testing, execution of production migration, and data validation and reconciliation for data extraction and migration. The Division of Licensing requires these services to support the core product in their electronic document management system used for storing scanned images of applications for concealed weapon or firearm licenses. • The contract term is from the date of execution to April 30, 2026. • The estimated dollar amount for the contract is up to $100,000. • The services are required to extract and migrate Oracle IPM data to a supported format. • The Division of Licensing is responsible for issuing concealed weapon or firearm licenses and regulating private security, investigative, and recovery services. • DATABANK IMX, LLC is the only authorized Oracle, Inc. network member with the ability to provide this data extraction migration service.
