Budget Estimate (AI):

$1,000,000 – $10,000,000

The budget for this contract is difficult to estimate, as the document does not provide a specific dollar amount. However, given the complexity of the work and the fact that it involves software development and data transfer, it is likely that the contract value will be in the millions of dollars. The small business size standard of $34 million, $30 million, and $30 million suggests that the contract value could be substantial. A rough estimate could be between $1 million and $10 million, depending on the scope of the work and the duration of the contract.
