Description:
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking information from industry about the capabilities of Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) that are currently available for procurement. The USCG is looking for C-UAS solutions that can detect, identify, monitor, track, and mitigate UAS threats, and that can be deployed in various configurations, including fixed, temporary, on-the-move, and portable. The C-UAS should be able to operate in a variety of environments and should be able to integrate with existing systems. The USCG is also interested in learning about the capabilities of C-UAS that can be used to counter UAS swarms and that can provide real-time information to operators. Key features and requirements of the C-UAS include: • Detecting and tracking UAS threats • Identifying and classifying UAS • Providing real-time information to operators • Being able to operate in a variety of environments • Being able to integrate with existing systems • Being able to counter UAS swarms • Providing a user-friendly interface • Being able to generate reports and statistics on UAS detections and C-UAS capabilities used • Being able to link to an information systems network for interoperability and event recording and storage.

Budget Estimate (AI):

$1,000,000 – $50,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate as it is a Request for Information (RFI) and not a Request for Proposal (RFP). However, based on the complexity and scope of the C-UAS systems being sought, it is likely that the contract value could range from $1 million to $50 million or more, depending on the specific requirements and the number of systems being procured. The estimated budget range is influenced by factors such as the type and number of C-UAS systems being sought, the level of complexity and customization required, and the duration of the contract.
