The Muscatine Power and Water is seeking bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the substructures project. The project includes deep foundation system, building and equipment foundations, underground piping, oil/water separator, underground electrical duct bank, grounding, electrical manholes, and finish grading at former spoils piles. The contractor shall hire the special inspector(s) as required in the Technical Specifications. • The bid opening will be broadcast online via Ion Wave. • A pre-bid meeting was held on March 12, 2026, at Muscatine Power and Water’s Generation Station. • Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the meeting. • The commencement of the contract shall start within 15 calendar days of written authorization to proceed with contract completion on or before October 9, 2026. • The bid documents are on file at the office of Muscatine Power and Water, 3205 Cedar Street, Muscatine, Iowa.
