The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide elevator maintenance services at Fairchild Air Force Base in Washington. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and inspecting real property vertical transportation equipment to ensure continuous and safe operation. The contract will cover regular hours of work from 0730-1630 Monday through Friday, with emergency maintenance having a 1 business day time frame for the contractor to respond and start working on elevator. Some key points to consider include: • The contractor will not be expected to work outside of regular hours, nor permitted on base through their ID card. • Emergency maintenance has a 1 business day time frame for the contractor to respond and start working on elevator. • The scope does not address after-hours/overtime callbacks. • CLIN pricing shall be all inclusive, and labor rates on the Additional Services CLINS will be negotiated as part of the modification for additional services as needed.
