The State of Maryland is seeking a contractor to provide pest control services for the State Highway Administration's facilities in St. Mary's County. The services will include quarterly pest control and maintenance for a 4-year period. The contractor will be responsible for controlling rats, mice, gnats, moths, water bugs, ants, spiders, silverfish, crickets, centipedes, bees, and other general pests. The contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder, and the contractor must be a certified small business vendor. • Key locations to be covered under this contract include the Leonardtown Maintenance Shop and the Leonardtown Maintenance Satellite Shop. • The contractor must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial pest control services and maintain a valid Pesticide Business License issued by the State of Maryland Department of Agriculture. • The contractor will be required to submit invoices in accordance with the contract's terms and conditions. • The contract has a fixed price, and the contractor will be paid based on a quarterly fee. • The State of Maryland reserves the right to terminate the contract if the contractor fails to comply with the terms and conditions.
