The Wicomico County Roads Division is seeking bids for the installation of an AST fuel system and canopy. The project includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, transportation, maintenance of traffic control, erosion and sediment control, tools, supplies, equipment, appurtenances, and incidentals necessary for the complete and in-place construction and testing of all work shown on the contract document. The scope of work includes the installation of a new 8,000-gallon split-compartment AST, fuel dispensers, concrete fueling island/pad, bollards, concrete drive lanes, tank management system, piping, and associated appurtenances. The project also includes the installation of a new canopy, including columns, column footers, supports, fascia, drainage systems, lighting, and all other appurtenances. Key features of the project include: • Installation of a new AST fuel system and canopy • Furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the project • Maintenance of traffic control and erosion and sediment control • Installation of a tank management system and piping • Restoration of all surfaces as indicated on the contract drawings • Performance of start-up and testing of new fuel systems The successful vendor will be required to provide a bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond, and will be responsible for all costs associated with the project, including delivery, shipping, and any other materials needed to complete the project.
