The Kingsborough Community College Pool Renovation project involves the renovation of an existing pool with associated demolition and asbestos abatement. The project also includes new mechanical equipment, fire alarm system, dunnage, electrical, and interior locker rooms. The successful low bidder will be required to execute a Project Labor Agreement, and all subcontractors will be required to agree to be bound by the PLA.
