The Macomb County Prosecuting Attorney's Office is seeking a vendor to provide Tele-Town Hall services for five events scheduled in 2025. The vendor will be responsible for providing a digital, interactive, personal communication tool that can call out and reach all adults, or any demographic subset thereof, residing in Macomb County with a mobile phone and/or landline phone. The vendor preparation for each event will consist of scheduling of the event, assisting with script creation, assisting with live, mobile and answering machine message creation, training of screeners, providing a moderator, uploading of data for the event, providing a phone operator for the event, producing inbound phone numbers for the event, and filing of STIR/SHAKEN compliance materials. • The events will be held on various dates in 2025, ranging from 60-90 minutes in length each. • The vendor will be required to provide insurance. • The county has tentatively scheduled the five tele-town hall events for later this year on Thursdays: August 14th, August 28th, September 11th, October 9th, and October 23rd. • The estimated universe size for the Telephone Town Hall is from 100,000 to 200,000 selected mobile and/or land phone lines in Macomb County to dial out to for each TTH event.
