The National Park Service is seeking a contractor to provide HVAC-R annual services and emergency repairs at Adams National Historical Park in Quincy, MA. The work includes maintaining comfortable work and use spaces for staff and visitors, as well as controlling climate in spaces used for storage of museum curatorial collections. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. • The contract includes maintenance of typical seasonal HVAC-R systems and systems that use heat, air conditioning, de-humidification, and humidification year-round. • The contractor must provide all necessary supervision, tools, equipment, labor, supplies, and transportation. • The contractor must have relevant experience, similar in size, scope, and complexity to the current requirement. • Licensure for refrigeration, electrical, and gas fitting must be held by the contractors performing the work.
