The University of Houston is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the University of Houston Campus Lighting and Security Phase II project. The project includes all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to open necessary trenches, install conduit, demo or build new pole bases, remove, relocate or install new poles, carry on electrical installations, and patch pave as needed. The project will be located at the main UH campus in Houston, Texas. • The project requires a mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit. • The project requires a follow-up mandatory pre-proposal meeting via Zoom. • Failure to attend both meetings will result in disqualification. • The project will be reviewed and completed solely through the JAGGAER Sourcing Event Portal. • The project includes commodity codes for lighting and electrical installations.
