Description:
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking a contractor to replace the existing HVAC system at the Pearl River (Slidell), LA location. The selected contractor will remove and dispose of the existing four HVAC units and associated ductwork, air handler, controls, and other related components. They will also provide and install two new 20-ton packaged HVAC units with associated ductwork, two V-PAC wall-mounted systems, HVAC controls, and all associated work and components. The project is expected to be completed within 60 calendar days. • The contractor must demonstrate relevant experience in performing similar projects with the same or similar size and scope requirements. • The contractor must submit a comprehensive and complete technical proposal that demonstrates their understanding and ability to perform the work described in the Statement of Work and Specification. • The contractor must provide adequate bonding capacity and insurance capability required for this effort. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and clauses incorporated by reference in the solicitation.
