The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking bids for switchgear maintenance and repair services under a term contract. The successful bidder will be required to provide these services as needed by the County. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, unless a certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) bidder's price is within 10% of the lowest non-SBE bidder's price, in which case the award will be made to the SBE bidder. • The contract will require the provision of maintenance and repair services for switchgear equipment. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations, including those related to equal employment opportunity and non-discrimination. • The bidder must also comply with the County's Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy and the Equal Business Opportunity Ordinance. • The contract will be for a term of one year, with options for renewal. • The bidder must provide a copy of all applicable certificates of competency or licenses issued by the State of Florida or the Palm Beach County Construction Industry Licensing Board. • The bidder must also maintain a current Local Business Tax Receipt (Occupational License) for Palm Beach County and all permits required to complete the contractual service at no additional cost to Palm Beach County.
