Description:
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is seeking a vulnerability detection and removal tool, specifically the 360 Privacy product, to monitor and remove personally identifiable information (PII) from data broker websites. The tool should be able to conduct daily monitoring and scanning of the Deep and Dark Web to identify compromised personal information. The contract will be awarded on a sole-source basis, as market research has shown that 360 Privacy is the only product that meets the agency's needs. • The contract requires the tool to monitor for doxing attempts and remove PII from over hundreds of data broker websites. • The tool should be able to conduct daily monitoring and deletion of PII. • The contract is expected to be awarded for a total value between $10,000 and $1.5 million. • The agency has determined that only 360 Privacy meets its needs, due to its unique capabilities and the lack of alternative products that can provide the same level of service.

Budget Estimate (AI):

$10,000 – $1,500,000

The budget for this contract is estimated to be between $10,000 and $1.5 million, as the document mentions that the contract value will be in this range. The actual budget will depend on the specific requirements of the contract and the services provided by the contractor. The estimate is based on the fact that the contract is for a specialized computer-related service, and the agency has determined that only one product meets its needs.
